Disappointed

"First let me say that the return policy is clear and they make it VERY easy to do returns. I’m grateful for that for sure. Overall I was disappointed in the product and ended up returning both orders. The first pair of frames I got was WAY too big for my face. Not their fault at all and the return process was simple. The second set of frames I got, the prescription was off and the frame fronts didn’t sit right on the frames at all. I gave up after that. The concept is great. Execution not so much."
