Never received it
"Would rate 0 stars, but system won’t allow it. Order arrived with only 6 of 8 toppers I ordered, these were one of the missing ones. Tried customer service, who immediately offered a refund. Great: but I wanted the toppers (part of a gift). But oops, they are now sold out. And the refund deducted for the points I used instead of applying the discount to the 6 toppers I did get. Very disappointing and I’ll be sure to think twice before any further impulse orders. I hope for other people this isn’t a common situation of messing up orders."

"I placed my order June 21, just received my order August 5. I had to write into your email. , with no response back. I kept checking my order to finally see that it was processed and then release to mail. Not sure why it took so long to process and cannot understand why there was no response from the email sent."
