Awful service and bad product
"The worst online order ever! I ordered a pair of distant and a pair of readers, provided Pairs my subscription. It took 2 months to receive just the distant pair and the prescription was wrong. Sent them. They lost the rest of my order, they made a new order for the readers and said they would expedite the order. I reordered my distant glasses received them and still no readers. Finally I received the readers and the prescription was so off I sent them back for a refund. Never again will I deal with this company, you can never even talk directly to a person. Email and chat only! Beware!!"
Not strong magnets
"The glasses themselves are of great quality! Amazingly beautiful. Will buy again. But the top frame for them do not have strong magnets to attach to the frame. I took off my crossbody purse and found my top frame on the floor without knowing it fell, I would have lost it for sure."
