"I suppose its nice to have a discount and free shipping but i believe the perks could be more enticing much like other "membership" driven retail programs. Ie, maybe $20mo for pair plus but still gives you 300 points ($30 store credit). Just my 2cents. Without the "extrax motivation its essentially a bank that i cant withdraw my money from."

Horrible Customer Service with a lot of excuses.

"I placed my order on June 5 and am still waiting to receive my base frames. Every time that I call, I am given a lame excuse like we are diligently working on your prescription eyeglass order. I am tired of hearing the excuses. Just get my glasses out to me. If I had an option of giving (-) 5 Stars, I definitely would."
