"The design is very nice but…. This is my 4th top frame in a row that is so warped that the magnets are the only part that touches the base frame. I was told by the company representative, when contacting them about a previous order, to either try and bend them myself or find a store willing to attempt it. I attempted to bend them myself and was fairly successful but it tends not to last. I pray they won’t snap. This has just started to happen in the last few months."
