"This is a premium topper and it was with the first Halloween collection but what I like is that it can be used all year round because there is nothing specifically on it that limits it to just being appropriate for Halloween. I love the glitter all over because it is not too obnoxious and it is subtle and just the right amount. The tortoise pattern is beautiful set on a relatively neutral background that pretty much goes with everything"
